How to Delete Your Data from Nakyma

At Nakyma, we respect your right to data privacy and control over your personal information. This guide explains how to request the deletion of your data from our systems.

Data Deletion Process

Step 1: Prepare Your Request

To initiate the data deletion process, you'll need to:

  • Use the email address associated with your Nakyma account
  • Have your account information ready (if applicable)

Step 2: Send Your Request

Send an email to contact@nakyma.eu with the following:

Subject Line: Data Deletion Request

Email Content:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your Nakyma account
  • A clear statement requesting the deletion of your data

Example message:

Dear Nakyma Team,

I would like to request the deletion of all my personal data associated with my Nakyma account.

Account Email: [Your Email Address]
Full Name: [Your Name]

Please confirm when this process has been completed.

Thank you.
```

Step 3: Verification and Processing

  1. We will verify your identity through your email address
  2. Once verified, we will process your request within 30 days
  3. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • Your account information
  • All personal data you've entered into the app
  • Your goals and future plans
  • Letters to your future self
  • Any other content you've created within the app

Important Notes

  • The deletion process cannot be undone
  • You will lose access to your account and all associated data
  • Any active subscriptions should be cancelled before requesting data deletion
  • Aggregated, non-personal data may be retained for analytical purposes
